1. It can automatically cut and seal films with high-precision. Fine tooth cylinder blade can realize online cutting and sealing at the same time. The sealing deviation is within 0.1mm. With the identification mark positioning system, servo motor drives roll film expansion and dragging precisely.
2. It can automatically finish all the production processes, saving a lot of human labor.
3. According to different cups, vertical cup dropping, horizontal cup feeding, vibration cup feeding and automatic cup feeding system can be selected.
4. It can automatically tamp the powder in the capsules and clean the top edge of the capsule for a further sealing.
5. Nitrogen filling device creates a low-pressure environment. When the nitrogen source pressure and flow rate meet the conditions, the residual oxygen will be reduced to less than 1% in the capsule, so that the fresh coffee is sealed and wrapped by highly pure nitrogen;
5. Movable silo makes material replacement and cleaning more convenient. For example you can change the coffee powder into the milk powder easily.
6. The whole machine adopts food-standard 304 stainless steel to keep the healthy of the materials.
