Capsule Loading

Putting unprocessed capsule cup in the four lanes manually.The capsules cup will be trans -fered automatically to the next part when the machine is started.

Capsule Conveyor Belt

Manipulator will grasp the production and put them on the conveyor belt.When capsule is tra -nsfered to the part.The whole manufactur ing process will end.

Capsule Film Sensor

When the capsules is transfered here,the caps ule film sensor is used to judge whether the fil -m exists or not.If yes,it will go on to next part, which is important part before sealing.

Rotary barrel

Rotary barrel is used to put cups in order auto matically.The function part is not neces sary for customers,which is chosen by customers according to different needs.
