Rotary indexing table

Capsule infeed/destacker
Depending on the capsule design(stackable or not stackable), the machine comes with stack channels for manual loading or with a fully automated capsule infeed system.
- Destacker for stackable containers with knife or slider mechanism or servo loading system
- Manual loading of containers in stack channels or automatic loading by means of buffer system
- Sorting pot infeed with centrifugal transfer for non-stackable containers(multi-chamber containers in bulk, etc.)

Additional Options:
1. Remote Controller: if any program system errors when running the machine at customer's plant, we can modify the program at our factory remotely.
2. Flavor adding device:This is a small liquid pump, we can drip a little bit in the capsules, which can change the taste of coffee easily.
3. Auger Powder Feeder: this is used to convey the coffee powder to the small auger hopper. Or, we can use vacuum powder feeder.
4. Automatic sorter machine: this machine is used to sorting and feeding the empty capsules automatically.
